Our cattle graze the green pastures all the way up the hill behind The Hideaway Experience. Our beef is fully quality assured by Quality Meat Scotland, ensuring the highest standards from field to fork.
It's butchered locally by the award-winning team at Balgove Larder in St Andrews. These cuts are frozen fresh after butchering and will be defrosted and popped in to your fridge ready for when you arrive.
