The highlight of this review in The Times on Saturday is the recognition for a friendly welcome by one of our hard working team, and a new member of staff too.
"The first impression when I checked in last November was one of bright cosiness, with pale winter sunlight flooding in through floor-to-ceiling windows. Shortly after, the lovely manager-in-training, Kat, came down to welcome my partner and me, answer any questions and fire up the log-burner. After she made her way, we wasted no time in popping the complimentary prosecco, and slipping straight into the vast blue hot tub, the sun withdrawing over the rolling Angus horizon."
